How our categories work
A category is a group of SUVs that seat the same number of people, carry the same luggage and cost the same. One category can cover several vehicles — Executive SUV XL, for example, is served by either a Ford Expedition MAX or a Chevrolet Suburban, and the two are interchangeable for your trip.
- You choose the category, not the car. That is what sets your price, and the price is the same for every vehicle in it.
- We assign the vehicle from that category and confirm which one before the day of travel. It depends on what is in service that day.
- Need a specific model? Ask when you book. We will hold it if it is available, but we cannot guarantee it through the online form.
