Questions, answered

If your question is not here, call us and we will answer before you book.

How do I book?

Use the booking form. Enter your trip, see what each category costs, add your details and pay by card. Your ride is confirmed as soon as the payment clears — there is no waiting for a callback. You can also call us and we will book it for you.

How is the price calculated?

Each category has a minimum fare that covers the first 10 miles, plus a per-mile rate beyond that. We measure the actual driving distance for your route, so the figure you see is the figure you pay. A round trip is charged as two journeys. The price excludes [ tolls, parking, airport fees, gratuity and waiting time ].

Is my booking confirmed straight away?

Yes. Once your payment goes through, the SUV is reserved for your date and time and you receive a receipt by email. We contact you before the day of travel with your chauffeur's details.

What information is needed for an airport pickup?

Your pickup date and time, the terminal or address, the number of passengers and bags, and your flight number if you have it. [ Add your meeting procedure — curbside or inside the terminal ]

Can I reserve an SUV by the hour?

Yes, but hourly trips are not priced online yet. Select “Hourly Service” on the booking form and tell us your estimated duration, or call us — we will quote it and take the booking directly. [ Add your minimum number of hours, if you have one ]

What is a category, and can I choose a specific vehicle?

You book a category, not an individual car. A category is a group of SUVs that seat the same number of people, carry the same luggage and cost the same — one category can cover several vehicles. Executive SUV XL, for instance, is served by either a Ford Expedition MAX or a Chevrolet Suburban, and either one is a correct vehicle for that booking. We assign it from the cars in service that day and confirm which one before you travel. If you would rather have a particular model, tell us when you book: we will hold it if it is free, but the online form cannot guarantee a specific car.

How many passengers can the vehicle accommodate?

All three categories seat up to 6 passengers in second-row captain's chairs — what changes is the luggage. Executive SUV (Ford Expedition) takes 6 passengers, or 4 passengers with 2 large bags. Executive SUV XL (Expedition MAX or Chevrolet Suburban) takes 6 passengers with 5–6 large bags. Luxury SUV XL (GMC Yukon Denali XL) takes the same, with a premium finish. For a larger party, ask us about running a second SUV.

What happens if my trip runs longer than expected?

[ Explain how extra time is handled and billed. ]

What is the cancellation policy?

[ REQUIRED before you take real card payments — state your cancellation window, any fee, and how long refunds take to appear. ]

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them. Payment is taken in full at the time of booking and is processed by Stripe — your card details never pass through this website.
